The office space has an area of 45 m\u00b2 (with the option of combining it with an identical adjoining office space, resulting in a total area of 90 m\u00b2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The space has been newly renovated and includes a brand-new air conditioning unit. It offers an ideal working environment with plenty of natural daylight coming through the roof windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The office is situated on the first floor. The building can be accessed from three sides (north, east, and west), and there is a garage located in the basement of the building, connected to the office spaces by an elevator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
